Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they arrived.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@hyperring.co to request a return authorization and detailed instructions. Kindly include your order number and reason for the return in your message.

We're not able to accommodate order or address changes at this time, and suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@hyperring.co asap with your 1) order number and 2) cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Order Issues
If there is an issue with the item you received (so sorry about that!), please send an email to support@hyperring.co including images of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you!
Please return any defective items back to us within 14 days of receiving your label for a refund. Any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.
